Fusayuki Miyakawa (みやがわふさゆき) is a bureaucrat of the early period of Meiji era in Japan. It is Governor of Nagasaki of election for bureaucrats fourth charges (exactly for first generation right governor (Meiji from January 7, 4 to November 14, 1871), first generation right law (Meiji from November 14, 4 to August 2, 1872), first prefectural government order (Meiji from August 2, 5 to May 15, 1876)).
