Summary

Freely Vietnamese provisional government (GFVN) is a political organization of the anti-communist whom Nguyen Joan Dan (Nguyen Hoang Dan) founded on April 30, 1995. • August, 2001: On the charge of a living-in-Manila Vietnam Embassy blast plan, two members (one inner Japanese) of the free Vietnamese provisional government are arrested by the Philippine police.

These acts by the freely Vietnamese provisional government violate a legislation (Neutrality Acts) in the United States of America.

Budget

The budget for freely Vietnamese provisional government is approximately 1 million dollars a year, and most are served by the donation from rich Vietnamese businessmen of the world.
