Antigen-antibody reaction
Antigen-antibody reaction (こうげんこうたいはんのう British: Antigen-antibody interaction) is combination to happen between an antigen and antibodies. I may point to the style of the reaction and, in that case, often express one epitope on the antigen and reversible reaction with one paratope on the antibody. Law of mass action is managed with the antigen-antibody reaction and expresses strength (affinity = affinity =affinity) of the combination with a binding constant (association constant) and a dissociation constant (dissociation constant). In addition, because the antibody has basically plural antigen binding sites, I call the affinity that a polyvalent antibody shows to an antigen with avidity (avidity) and distinguish it from affinity.
