The body which caused an accident was made in airbus A300F4-622R, (N155UP) in 2003 and was a body delivered to the UPS airline in February, 2004. The flight hours before causing an accident were approximately 11,000 hours.

Summary of the accident

1,354 flights left the Louisville International Airport as a cargo flight, and they went to the Birmingham = shuttles Worth International Airport. While I came in runway 18 of the Birmingham = shuttles Worth International Airport at about 4:49 a.m. in local time, I hung it on a tree on runway 1km this side and crashed on the slope. The body was divided by a collision, a shock three times on the slope that became the uphill slope, and the rear was burnt down, and the front part was completely demolished. As for two pilots who boarded it, all the members died.

NTSB investigates it and I collect CVR and FDR from a body on the next day of the accident and analyze it. A sinking speed increase warning (Sink rate) of GPWS operates twice 16 seconds before the recording end of CVR and, according to the interview that NTSB performed on August 16, is estimated when the 1354th flight descent was too fast. I spoke that one of the pilots viewed a runway three seconds later, and a sonic boom was recorded nine seconds before the recording end. The captain steered it at the time of an accident, and the auto-pilot operated.

BEA and the airbus cooperate with an investigation as a representative from country which produced accident machines, too.
