Two sets of small size transportation gliders (にしきこがたゆそうかっくうき) are Japanese small 双胴式軍用 gliders. I was prepared by laboratory of Ko Maeda industry. The trial manufacture name "ク 1." I was developed for the transportation of the gliding foot soldier who was paratroops of the Japanese army. I was used for exercise use early and was rearranged on a large ク 7 [1] and four sets special carrier than it was based on the design of this plane later.

Summary
I received the activity of the strength of an army transportation glider in Europe, and the army decided to adopt glider "ク 1" for the strength of an army transportation in (1940) in 1940. As a result, the laboratory of Ko Maeda starts the design of the name "Maeda 2600 type" in the company as a design superintendent in charge person in Manager Kenichi Maeda in May, 1940; is maiden flight (1941) on September 1 in 1941, the following day. It was adopted a regulation as "two sets of small size transportation gliders" in (1942) in 1942, the following day by the army.
The production was carried out by the international aviation service industry in Japan other than the laboratory of Ko Maeda, and approximately 100 planes were produced. I was deployed in 第一挺進団滑空班 in August, 1942 and was used for the operation training of the glider for the transportation in the gliding flight first squadrons of the west Tsukuba airport when it was (1943) in 1943. In addition, four sets of special carriers of the late departure are used for true military secret.
The body is plywood and Habu tension on a framework wooden in 双胴形式. I can let 6-8 strengths of an army board it. I use gaining over-type 双車輪 for a takeoff, but use a sled under the body in the state that I stored a wheel in at the time of the landing. 99 sets of towing machines are military spy planes.
In addition, "ク 1II" and "ク 1III" of the improved model which changed the body shape other than mass-produced "ク 1I" existed, but are over in trial manufacture both.
