Life

I am born as the third son of direct feudatory of a shogun, Takenobu Maeda (a feudal lord, a profit the seventh in Mutsuo of the sixth feudal lord, Toshitada Maeda still の younger brother) (1791) on January 16 for generous politics three years. Because I become an adopted child of the ninth feudal lord, 利以 and 利以 (41 years old) introduces itself as 鶴心斎宗啓 (1808) on November 8 for culture five years and retired, it is the tenth feudal lord following birthright. However, 利以 held the real power of affairs of a feudal clan after a retired person, and feudal clan finance was tight because I built a country house in Edo and lived a luxurious life. However, this is said to have been a plot to say so that 腹臣 of daimyo and his retainers on duty in Edo of 鶴心斎 severs relation with feudal lord Toshikazu. The Kaga feudal clan of the head family was angry at this and forbade the head family comings and goings of the feudal lord. 須藤岡之進 of the order personality (150 stones, foot soldier rule) wrote prohibited words to the will (1812) in April for culture nine years to solve friction with feudal lord Toshikazu and 鶴心斎 and the anger of the head family and I committed harakiri in married couples and ended. The relation was restored triggered by this, too and came to restore the relations with the head family.

In addition, the stringency of the feudal clan finance will have the problems such as the population decline and yield of taxes decrease. Therefore, I found "a growth scheme" (1816) in August for culture 13 years. This is the system that the feudal clan gives an allowance of the poor relief, the family whom the child is more than pregnant woman and four, the allowance for the family whom the infant is with 63,000 cars which I collected as a fund. Furthermore, I gave the law of conservation and, aiming at finance reform, established the public welfare articles that I established about delivery such as 14, but luxury continued until 利以 which retired died in (1828) for civil administration 11 years, and the feudal clan finance was not rebuilt. In addition, I was hit by a severe drought in (1821) for civil administration four years.

I guard it and perform Sunpu-jo Castle of guard of Osaka-jo Castle (1809) in civil administration three years (1820) for culture six years. In addition, I performed 藩祖利孝二百年忌 in (1836) for Tenpo era seven years and erected the tower for Taho-nyorai.

I died (1839) on November 12 for Tenpo era ten years. Age at death 49. 前田利豁 of the adopted child inherited a trace.
