The prevention of drug abuse regulations

It is the regulation of the local government with the prevention of drug abuse regulations (やくぶつらんようぼうしじょうれい). I am called the evasion of the law drug prevention regulations.

Summary

A local government prescribes the thing promoting of the measure about the prevention of drug abuse. The big characteristic of these regulations is that a rule to supervise about the evasion of the law drug which I was not able to check exists by the drug-related law of the conventional central government.

I prohibit an offer and the mediation of the place that I know what production, cultivation, sale, the conferment, an advertisement, use, the possession of the purpose of use, a lot of people gather and use unless I appoint a governor designation drug based on scientific grounds originally in a local government and perform it about the governor designation drug for the purpose of being the justice such as scientific study, the examination investigation.

A pharmaceutical inspector prepares a governor designation drug and I enter the places to sell and can investigate it and can warn it of cancellation such as production or the sale for the person who violated a prohibition act. When I do not obey warning, I can give an order.
