Tenchozan (てんちょうざん) is a volcano in the Quaternary period in the Shiretoko peninsula extending over Rausu-cho, Hokkaido and Shari-cho. Altitude is 1,046m. I was appointed in the active volcano on June 7, 2011 [¹].

Characteristic

As for the mountain body, an explosion crater line for 1,800m along the Rausudake dislocation system active fault [²] of northeast - southwest direction runs in lava of the quality of andesite on the mountaintop [³].
