Pedro デ Melo (Pedro de Melo de Portugal y Vilhena, from 1734 to April 15, 1797) is a Spanish politician, officer, the fifth vice-king of the Rio デ la プラタ vice-king territory. I served Rio デ la プラタ vice-king from March 16, 1795 to April 15, 1797. I belonged to the Spanish military before moving to the American continent. On April 15, 1797, I died during holding the office in Buenos Aires.
