ASNARO is the man-made satellite series that is developed to cope with a surge of the demand for global smallsat. It is characteristic to balance small size, light weight, low cost, high resolution by limiting life, observation width, a function in comparison with a conventional earth observing satellite, and I am developed with the goal of realizing equal resolving power in comparison with an earth observing satellite of the conventional 1-2 tons in weight grade in a one-tenth development production costs and a half production period by an advanced technique [2].
In late years the demand for high-performance earth observing satellite increases at low cost led by a rising nation, and the Japanese Government sells it launching, personnel training as a package from the production of the satellite for the country which cannot develop the satellite at home [3]; [4].
I arrived at the basic specifications of the satellite called the commonization of lower than optical sensor resolving power 50cm that I interviewed it for developing a man-made satellite with the competitiveness economically from the makers, and it was possible for development and production in cheapness, a short term that I could export the incorporated administrative agency new energy, industry technology overall development mechanism (NEDO) abroad in 2007, satellite approximately 500 kg in weight, orbital angle 500-700km, the satellite component while I did it this way. An ASNARO plan was started as business of NEDO in 2008, and NEC was chosen as the main contractor who undertook development and production [3]. The ASNARO business was transferred from 2010 by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry which had jurisdiction over NEDO, and the system which managed NEC, and USEF which Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry had jurisdiction over as well as NEDO supervised it, and pushed forward development was set. In addition, as for the pro-use above the ground development and use, Pasco was chosen [5].
A study is conducted in cooperation with the small scientific satellite "SPRINT" series of JAXA (ISAS) in the study stage of ASNARO, and, as a result, small standard bus "NEXTAR" made in NEC is adopted by both all of you [6].

ASNARO-1 quits one of Tokyo University of riding together and next-generation space system technology research association from ヤースヌイ space station of Russia in Dnieper on November 6, 2014 and it was launched [8] with ChubuSat of TSUBAME of first unit, Tokyo Institute of Technology and Science University of Tokyo, QSAT-EOS of Kyushu University, Datong University and Nagoya University, but is going to launch it by an epsilon rocket after ASNARO-2 [9].
