The Nishinoomote City Tanegashima junior high school (にしのおもてしりつたねがしまちゅうがっこう Tanegashima Junior High School) is a public junior high school in Nishinoomote, Nishinoomote-shi, Kagoshima.
I unified 6 junior high schools in Nishinoomote-shi and I enlarged a building and repaired a school building of former Kagoshima Prefectural Tanegashima Senior High School and founded a school (2009) as the only junior high school of Nishinoomote-shi in April in 2009. At a Kumage district-centered junior high school, the whole school number of students is 475 people (as of May, 2011); [1].
