Geography

I am located the west of the geographical central part of Itabashi-ku. It is next to Tokumaru in Kitamachi, Nerima-ku, the west in Wakaki, the south in a lotus root, the east in Takashimadaira, the northeast in the north. I mark viaduct of Metropolitan expressway 5 Ikebukuro Line, south side in Tobu railroad track in the north of the town area. It is used mainly as a residential area.

Other than Hikoroku Tada old mother note of donation copying mentioned above, it comes from that I named a plateau seen in the west most seeing from Shimura Castle in the plateau of Shimura "Nishidai".
