Kyoto primary schoolchild killing case (I carry it today) is the murder case that happened in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto in (1999) in 1999. A word written for the claim of responsibility says "てるくはのる case" or "Hino Elementary School child murder case".
Summary
The child of the school second grader who played (1999) in Kyoto of Fushimi-ku, Kyoto-shi City Hino Elementary School school grounds at about 2:00 on the afternoon of December 21 in 1999 was stabbed to death with a knife by a young man (thought to be a junior high student from the elementary school upper grades at first) who wore a mask, and the criminal escaped by bicycle. In the scene of the crime, six pieces of copies of the handwriting document thought to be claim of responsibility were left behind other than several points of articles including a knife and the hammer which became the weapon. It was written in the document like a signature with "sign てるくはのる which distinguished me" after having written down a demand that I did not look for oneself striking the elementary school and thing, oneself who had a grudge against the elementary school.
Media and the general people who thought that a word this "てるくはのる" had a deep meaning explained the mystery variously and tried it to tie it to a criminal image.
As a result of investigation by the Kyoto prefectural police, the young man who bought knives same as things left behind in a home center in Uji-shi, Kyoto approximately 4 kilometers away from the spot two days before a crime surfaced. And I concluded the 21-year-old unemployed person student man who lived in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto-shi that looks were similar to the man who appeared in the security video of the home center, and was considered to have held dissatisfaction in school education before to be a criminal.
The Kyoto prefectural police Yamashina station visited the unemployed person straight man's house (2000) at 7:00 a.m. on February 5 in 2000, the following day and demanded any company to the police station. However, the man continues refusing company and escapes to see the chance of the investigator at about 11:50 a.m. The man escaped into the apartment of the Mukoujima new subdivision and I went on the roof and locked it. It takes the police time to do with opening the key to roof although I discovered a man at about 0:30 p.m. At about 0:40 p.m., the man jumps off the roof of the apartment and commits suicide. It was only five minutes later when it committed suicide that Kyoto District Court issued a warrant for arrest.
A memo written as "416 pages of wise remark apt remarks" was discovered when an investigator analyzed a confiscation from the man's house. A "KA row" index was on page 416 of the collection of wise remarks in accord with a bookshelf of the same room, and it was in "てるくはのる" when I picked up a letter of the end of the words one by one. Therefore it was concluded that "てるくはのる" did not have the particularly deep meaning. Kyoto District Public Prosecutors Office took non-prosecution action for the suspect death about this man afterwards after all.
This primary schoolchild murder case that happened in elementary school school grounds gave a big shock to the Japanese nation. In addition, I permit the escape of the suspect who demanded any company, and the blunder of the police that it is committed suicide will be exposed to the criticism of the nation.
