Haruhiko Katsura (かつらはるひこ, the real name: on Katsuhiko Fukuda (ふくだかつひこ), May 26, 1967 -) is a comic story teller, a talent of the upper part. I am from Wakayama. I belonged to entertainment office office May work as Shochiku Geino and an attendant of Eiji Bando before.
I do activity such as the entertainment as a free-lance comic story teller now.

Origin, person
I became a disciple of 3 代目桂春團治 in February, 1988, and, on the other hand, the attendant of Eiji Bando served from about 1991, too. I appeared in the program which Bando appeared (local mainly Kansai). It was bright serious character.
I belong to the office of Eiji Bando and developed talent activity, but I am sloppy about time and am discharged from an office of Bando for the badness of the manner such as clothes being bad in April, 2000. For Bando who was angry that was discharged, and came home from work in May of the year "think that is who, and I do what mischief, and was fired from me, and give 700 million yen, and your talent activity is over てめぇ, too"; woke up extortion attempt to extort と 700 million yen, and kicked several bicycles which parked before Small Office/Home Office more to the full. Because demand payment of the cash from Bando on the telephone, and performed the stoker act, Bando submits a report of damage to the Osaka Police Office Oyodo police station on October 5 five months later; on October 14 of the extortion attempt was caught red-handed. I testified, "I thought that Bando spoke ill to other people and I got angry and blackmailed it" by an investigation.
Bando attended at a traditional end of winter festival performed in Mt. Narita God of Fire of Neyagawa-shi, Osaka on February 3, 2001 of the new year and, as for "what, I did not know it (about the case) and I told with がなさるんとちゃいますか of the public prosecutor" and avoided clear comment for the question about the case from next reporters.
By judgment of March, 2001 for penal servitude two years of stay of execution three years was found guilty. The prosecution said, "I doubted whether you reflected heartily, and there is no room for the circumstances". Haruhiko who received an examination of the accused insists saying "I was going to annoy Bando and did not intend to take the money". For a question of the prosecution of "why did approach when took out money many times?" "Bando "the life does not need the love; because と said, money and money" insisted saying thought that a story over the money was in trouble most". And it was judgment, and the judge sentenced it to the judgment with the stay of execution saying, "the amount of demand was big, and the crime was obstinate and the mental pain of the victim was big, but I apologized and reflected with badness".

(as for Haruhiko, the brand of "the entertainment world exile" was pushed virtually in Bando).
Haruhiko sentenced to it was asked "what would you do from now on?" from a judge and told, "I want to start it again as a comic story teller".
Katsura Harunosuke of the senior fellow disciple who heard it stated, "I wanted to let you make a fresh start as a comic story teller and told other comic story tellers and want to hold out a hand". 春之輔 keeps Haruhiko, and an attendant will let you train yourself in Haruhiko.
春團治 of the teacher and other brothers pupils and the entertainer of the Shochiku Geino position carried through no comment.
A homepage of association of Kansai rakugo and the homepage of third generation Katsura Koharudanji and the Haruna Katsura (existing: the third generation Shuncho Katsura) and others of the brothers pupil were deleted before a name of Haruhiko by a genealogy of 春団治一門, too. 小春団治 of the senior fellow disciple in particular released a CD single "not to need the police with the unit called こは, the pine if it was too unpleasant to accept and finished it!" whether there was the thought that I loaded with anger to correspond to Haruhiko without being able to allow to have caused a case and sold it on a qualified scale at the record shop 9 store of the Keihanshin district district.
Expulsion is solved in 2002 by 春團治 and achieved entertainment world return, but the name is not listed in a school list because I am struck off a list in association of Kansai rakugo either.
Present
The stay of execution is over in 2004, too and returns to a comic story teller in earnest. The media such as the TV radio appearance does not appear, and a steady entertainment is active for entertainment now. A profile was placed in Shochiku Geino, but is deleted.
Costarring with 春團治一門 and the costarring with an entertainer, the talent of the Shochiku Geino position, the costarring with the comic story teller who, besides, joins association of Kansai rakugo become impossible now. The succession to a person's name to Harusuke Katsura is decided for the third generation, but is undecided now at the succession to a person's name time.
