Eighth submarine chaser [explanatory note 1] (だいはちごうくせんてい) is a submarine chaser of the Japanese Navy. It is the eighth boat of the first type submarine chaser in the special duty boat classification class that I am considered to be the fifth boat of the fourth type submarine chaser universally, but the Department of the Navy established and the war vessel classification class.

艇歴
I plan it as the 300 tons type submarine chaser of the circle 3 plan, a tentative name name of a warship 63rd warship. On January 10, 1938, I start work as a building number 260th ship [1] at a ball shipyard Co., Ltd. On May 28, I am named an eighth submarine chaser and am set of the seventh boat of the special duty boat / submarine chaser / first type [explanatory note 2]. On August 9, I am launched. I am completed on November 30, and a permanent domicile is set of the Yokosuka naval station and is admitted into Yokosuka defense corps attachment.
It becomes the submarine chaser of the war vessel from the submarine chaser of the special duty boat, and, on November 15, 1940, a permanent domicile is established in the Kure naval station by the revision of a war vessel classification class and the special duty boat classification class. On the same day, a new edition does 第十一駆潜隊 by three ships of a seventh submarine chaser, an eighth submarine chaser, the ninth submarine chaser and admits you into the second fleet eleventh base corps. The commander submarine chaser was changed from the seventh submarine chaser to November 18, but returns to a seventh submarine chaser on the same day.
On April 10, 1941, 第十一駆潜隊 is admitted into the third fleet first base corps. On May 14, the commander submarine chaser is changed to the eighth submarine chaser by a seventh submarine chaser. On 31st, a commander submarine chaser is returned by a seventh submarine chaser. I deal with monitoring patrol intermittently afterward at the Mainland China coast until September, 1941. On October 31, 第十一駆潜隊 is admitted into the south trainer fleet ninth base corps.
I engage in the guards of the Malay Peninsula landing fleet and the guards of the Palembang capture fleet by the beginning of the game of the Pacific War. I engage in Singapore, the guards of the サバン area as a base in Penang after March, 1942. On April 10, 第十一駆潜隊 is admitted into the first south trainer fleet ninth base corps. I engage in a duty while repeating the transfer between a base corps and the special base corpses under the first south trainer fleet servant afterward.
On March 4, 1945, I received British submarine トレンチャント and the attack of the terrapin during the fleet guards in the northern part of Strait of Malacca and sank.
