Ryo Yamauchi

Ryo Yamauchi (I hit the mountain and possess it 1886 (1886) from December 20 to 1960 (1960) July 26) is a Japanese politician. The fifth generation mayor of Hachinohe-shi, Aomori. In August, 1945 just before the end of the war, I gave all citizens an order for total withdrawal in response to the notice of the air raid by the United States Armed Forces.

Origin, person

• I am born in Korekawa-mura, Sannohe-gun (これかわむら, のち Hachinohe-shi larger section of a village Korekawa) in 1886.
• I became Naganawashiro member of the village assembly in (1913) in 1913 and acted as upper Naganawashiro village mayor.
• I became member of the House of Representatives in (1927) in 1927 and became the Mayor of Hachinohe in (1942) in 1942.
• The mass food, weapon concealment at the home is disclosed in (1946) in 1946 by Hachinohe police station and they take responsibility and resign.
• I successively held JA Aomori center society's chairperson, President S.R. association of Aomori purchasing farm co-op association's chairperson (1955) (1952) 1955 1952.

Total withdrawal order of the last years of war

Hachinohe, Misawa received an air raid (1945) by the Halsey task force which attacked and sank Seikan ferry in last years of war on July 14 in 1945, and the station in Nitto Chemical Industry and buttocks suffered damage. Furthermore, B-29 bomber came flying in Hachinohe-shi on August 5 and announced Hachinohe air raid previously, and the coastal defense ship which was in the Hachinohe Port was attacked and sunk on August 9 by Halsey task force. I received such situation and, in anticipation of an attack by an air raid and the bombardment from a warship, decided the total withdrawal order from the city area of Hachinohe-shi on August 10.

Therefore it is said that the city area was the dull situation in the end of the war. The Halsey task force really falls down once off Sanriku Coast, and there was not the thing that the Hachinohe-shi center city areas are hit by a large-scale air raid. ^[1]

Other

I let you integrate a municipal car (current Hachinohe municipal bus) with five railroads (current Nanbu Bus) by the intention that a country and the prefecture under the wartime resisted (1943) once in 1943. The municipal bus business starts again later in (1948) in 1948.

I established a Hachinohe City institute of technology (current Aomori Tatsuya door technical high school) in (1944) in 1944.
