Race summary

^[4] When a signal gun sounded, Takashi Kaneko won start collecting and received 浅井康太, and the file of the start calmed down with Takashi Kaneko - 浅井康太, Toyoki Takeda - Yasushi Hirahara many - Noriyuki Iijima, Yu Nitta University - Otsuki Kantoku, a row of Ken Harada Tarou - Masaki Inoue.
