Yujiro Kako
Yujiro Kako (かこゆうじろう, from December 2, 1905 to July 20, 1937) a Japanese jurist (philosophy of law). I am from Miyazucho, Kyoto (existing Miyazu-shi) sea route. I am born as the third son of seven brothers of four man three women between father, Toraji Kako, mother, Hisako (1905) on December 2 in 1905. The father-sib was a squire ruling the Kako-gun, Hyogo Hiraoka village whole area, but family does not settle down in Kako-gun and I do change and will spend Maizuru, Marugame, Sakai, Miyazu, Osaka from generation to generation because Toraji chose the way of the judicial officer. Toraji as the judicial officer serves to the director of Osaka court of appeal.
祐二郎 which graduated from (1923), Tennoji Junior High School in 1923 enters Konan Senior High School of the old system for the first graduate. Therefore I mentioned German, philosophy. Above all, a book of Nishida Kitaro was affected by "intuition and reflection in the awareness" and seemed to be considerably troubled whether you made specialty law at the university, or you made philosophy.
祐二郎 which graduated from (1930), the Kyoto empire University law department in 1930 caught the instruction of Hiroshi Suekawa in Kyoto Teikyo University graduate school, but decides the change of the study course in the second year without being able to throw away regrets to philosophy. I pushed forward a study mainly on cause jurisprudence of the instruction of Kyo Tsuneto here. It was adopted through a lecturer at old system, Konan Senior High School of the old school by Kyoto empire University law department sub-assistant and started the step as the law researcher afterwards.
It was (1933), 祐二郎 which has already become a lecturer from Kyoto Teikyo University law department sub-assistant, but I receive the blast of the Takigawa case and resign from Kyoto University in August for 1,933 years. It was asked Kojuro Nakagawa who was the Ritsumeikan University president then and became the assistant professor at department of Ritsumeikan University method study of Confucianism. I take office as a professor (1934) in April in 1934, the following day. I come to be in charge of jurisprudence, a law of society, a class of the book subscription in Germany. However, pleurisy worried about (1936) in college student days in August in 1936 recurs. I passed away with 31-year-old youth (1937) in Kyoto empire university hospital on July 20 in 1937, the following day.
Kako library
"Kako library" was founded based on documents, a document donated to (1942), the Ritsumeikan University library in 1942. It is foreign book, Japan and China book alignment, the valuable collection consisting of 1,371 [1].
