Yoshiomi Okuno

Yoshiomi Okuno (of putting it I quit it and see it from March 15, 1915 to August 1, 2011) is a Japanese virologist. Professor emeritus at Osaka University. A specialty is cause of the disease microbiology. The maiden name 牧浦 [¹].

Become a professor at (1956), Osaka University in 1956; 1968 (1968), Manager of Res. Inst. for Microbial Diseases, Osaka Univ. I isolate (1954), measles virus in 1954 and develop (1960), measles live vaccine in 1960. I succeed in enders and the same year degree that won all the Nobel Prize independently. I act as Society for Japanese Virologist's chairpersons. I win (1989), Osaka culture prize in 1989 [²].

I die at 96 years old because of pneumonia (2011) for eight a year one day a month in 2011 [³].
