Yoichi Mori
Yoichi Mori (もうりよいち, from April 15, 1901 to January 30, 1982) is a lawyer.
I am from Fukuoka. I am a graduate from the Kyoto empire University law department for 1,925 years [1]. I open the law office in Osaka in 1928. I worked on defense by the public peace cases such as popular front case, the second Omoto religion case, Matsukawa case, the Sunagawa case. It is defense lawyer assistant of Kiichiro Hiranuma at the Tokyo trial. It is Ritsumeikan University Doctor of Law in "one of a free conviction theory guilt conviction" for 1,958 years. 1959 Osaka bar association chairperson. I perform the comparison study of the Zen on thought.
