The non-sporule formation bacillus that the reed D thioBacillus is a gram-negative in t.g. of the アシディチオバシラス department. The type species are アシディチオバシラス thiooxidane. With kind of sulphur bacteria, I had been ever classified in thioBacillus, but I grew it on an acid condition, and the hereditary system was divided to be different. The name means a sulfur bacillus of the acid. The GC ratio is 64 from 52.
I grow it by acid conditioning of 3.5 from pH 2.0 most. アシディチオバシラス フェロオキシダンス of the place of origin is iron oxidation bacteria with iron ion of 2 values as 3 values.
