The Takahiro temple (breathe so how) is a building in Uenomarunouchi, Iga-shi, Mie.

History

The tenth feudal lord Takasawa Todou of the Ise country Tsu feudal clan let you build it as 支校 of the Yuzo building who was an educational institution for han children for (civil administration four years) in 1821. I took the name of "崇廣堂" out of "功崇惟志, 業廣惟勤" of the "Book of History" lap official. The framed picture is a writing brush of Yozan Uesugi.

It was used as a municipal library until Ueno municipal library (existing Ueno, Iga-shi library) was built in (1984) in 1984. Repairs are always carried out.

Historic spot designated

I was appointed (1930) on the historic spot of the country as "old Takahiro temple" on November 19 in 1930. Iga-shi becomes the management group now.
