North and south morning service charges

Shinshu was set up in form to divide a gain state into (normal four years) in south morning in June for 523 years by a beam [¹].

Sui charges

When Sui Dynasty was formed, Shinshu was established at first and had jurisdiction over five prefectures of 4 counties. 庸州 was established in a part of Shinshu for (開皇 five years) for 585 years, but it is abolished in (the great deed first year) for 605 years and is integrated with Shinshu again. It was renamed to Tomoe east county, and Shinshu had jurisdiction over 14 prefectures with (great deed three years), the county system enforcement in the lower part for 607 years.
