ヴァーヴ record

The American jazz recordmaker where the ヴァーヴ record (Verve Records) was established in 1956 by Norman Granz. It becomes a part of universal music group (UMG) and becomes the main body of the ヴァーヴ music group (The Verve Music Group) again now.

The current chairperson is Tommy Lipuma of the producer.

  • Granz sells it to MGM for 3 million dollars in 1961.
