A pond (こおりどんのいけ) of county is a pond of 0.7ha in Ojiya-shi, Niigata larger section of a village Nishiyoshidani (and I will do it a tick). I am appointed to prefecture designated cultural assets.

Summary
It is located in the mountains of 230m above sea level of approximately 4.5km to the southwest from Ojiya city area. There are Otorii and a sign of the Sarasvati on the road under the foot of a mountain of the city area side. There is the floating island of several big things and small things 20 in the pond. The dragonflies of 30 several kinds are confirmed around a pond, and rare cod Naniwa dragonfly or オゼイトトンボ inhabiting the damp ground of highlands mainly inhabit in Niigata. The floating island is different from Oze and Kirigamine in the one, but the plant on the floating island has many common things. There are company or "おいよの grave" of the Sarasvati around a pond. I am told that dragon King lives in the pond, and there are many legends.
