The law (ふくしようぐのけんきゅうかいはつおよびふきゅうのそくしんにかんするほうりつ, May 6, 1993 law 38th) about the promotion of research and development and the spread of welfare tools promotes the research and development of the welfare tool and the spread to plan promotion of the independence of the old man with the trouble and the people experiencing disability and the reduction of the burden on person caring for these people though a mental and physical function decreases and runs everyday life and I have and contribute to an increase of the welfare of these people and am a law established for the purpose of contributing to the improvement of the industry technology in total.
Definition of the welfare tool
I say a tool to provide facility in the everyday life of the old man (I merely say "an old man" as follows.) with the trouble or the people experiencing disability and a tool for function training of these people and supplementary harness that a mental and physical function decreases with "a welfare tool" in this Article 2 law and runs everyday life.
