Kumamoto driver's license center

The driver's license examination room where the Kumamoto Police in Kikuyo-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto manage the Kumamoto driver's license center (くまもとけんうんてんめんきょ center). It is the only driver's license examination room in the prefecture.

Setting reason

I was divided with an old license center (Kumamoto-shi) performing the update of the license and a driver's license examination room (former Matsubase-cho) holding examination duties until 2001, but each other is too far and, by the reason of the deterioration of an inconvenient thing and facilities, establishes the facilities in Kikuyoumachi of the suburbs of Kumamoto-shi newly and moves and will unify duties such as license update and driver's license examination room duties.

The old license center ruins were closed in January, 2008 of the thing which was reborn as "incubation facilities, dream challenge plaza 21" which was the facilities where Kumamoto supported a company. A Takuma stand hospital knocks down land in 2010 and is going to move in future afterwards [¹].

The driver's license examination room is abolished at the time of a move and is demolished.
