Kenji Kitamura

Kenji Kitamura (irregularity Kenji, the real name that came: for Kenji Kitamura, from September 14, 1929 to August 21, 2007) is a Japanese juvenile literature writer.

Origin, person

Fukuoka birth. At the age of 3 years old, I move to Tado-mura, Kuwana-gun, Mie (existing Kuwana-shi). I graduate from Tado village Tado Elementary School (elementary school in existing Kuwana City Tado), triple prefectural Kuwana Junior High School (existing Mie Prefectural Kuwana Senior High School). After graduation from junior high school, it is asked a teacher and will teach at a school as an assistant teacher in the Tado elementary school which is an old school. I graduate from Mie University arts and sciences department training department (the existing department of education) afterwards. I create much juvenile literature while I act as a teacher in an elementary school in Mie.

In 1972, I win the 19th Sankei child publication culture prize (existing Sankei child publication culture prize) in "the 巨鯨 sima of the illusion". In 1991, I retire from the principal of the elementary school in old school, Tado last and devote myself to fictionization afterward. The fifth Hiro was not crowded and, in 1994, won a children's story prize in "しいのきのひみつのはなし".
