The KDX Toyosu Grand square (Kay D X and Grand square to quit) is an office building located in Shinonome, Koutou-ku, Tokyo.

Summary
In an office building completed in 2008, the wage room area per one floor is the largest size at approximately 5,100m2 (1,550 tsubos) in the inner city. Lawson enters the first floor as a tenant other than a company cafeteria and the cafeteria which are available to entering company employees, a meeting room for rent. Atrium space includes a colonnade to the top floor in the building central part, and six elevators fitted with glass are possessed.
A part to the tenth floor becomes the corporate lease office space from the neighborhood, the second floor of the atrium, and the environment as the modern office building such as infrastructure for automatic air conditioning control system of every intensive security and segment using the chip card, OA floor, IT networks is fixed.
