Eight (river unpleasant bee, from October 24, 1877 to July 21, 1960) is finally a Japanese bureaucrat, politician Kawai. I successively hold Vice-Director chamberlain and the fourth President of the House of Councilors. I am from Shizuoka.

Origin, person

I took office as the President of the House of Councilors in 1953 and lost the fourth member of the House of Councilors ordinary election of 1956 for chairperson term in office. It had been old and expressed politics retirement. 従二位勲一等旭日桐花大綬章 was performed 追贈 of at the time of death.
