Istvan Kovacs (István Kovács, a man, Hungarian: on Kovacs Istvan, Kovács István, August 17, 1970 -) is a Hungarian prize fighter. I am from Budapest. 1996 Atlanta Olympics bantamweight class gold medalist. The ninth WBO world featherweight king. I played an active part as technicians boxer on behalf of Hungary from the amateur era and played an active part based in Germany. Take office as WBO vice-chairperson after a retirement from 2015 (I hold an additional post of WBO Europe section's chairperson) and play an active part. The active play era is uni-bell sum position.

Origin
I reduce the war record of 282 wins 14 defeats in 296 amateur eras and, on December 13, 1997, achieve a professional debut in シュポルトハレ Hamburg of Hamburg and win by KO for first two minutes ten seconds. I gave glory to a debut with a victory.
