公共施設用
- パブリックエース
- この機種はエレベーターのない医療施設や歩道橋など、エレベーターを必要とする施設に向けた機種で、医療施設や歩道橋など、国と地方公共団体から補助金を受給できる場所に限られる。2001年に発売された。
- ステーションエース
- 駅舎向けの機種であり、出入口が2か所あり、かご内で方向を転換する必要がない。直線タイプとかご内で直角に曲がるタイプの2種類が存在し、パブリックエースと同時期に発売された。
中低層用
- ハイドロ4
- 4人乗りの小型油圧エレベーター。操作盤が側壁に設置されている。
- ファミリエース
- ビルエースクオリティ80の4人乗りバージョン。駆動方式がドラムにロープを巻き付けてかごを上下する「巻胴式」、「閉」ボタンと階数表示がないほか、乗り場インジケーターは最下階のみで他の階は呼びボタンのみの設置となっているのが特徴である。ビルエースクオリティ80 IIベースのマイナーチェンジ機種は、VVVF制御・かご内インジケーターと「閉」ボタンの追加、乗り場インジケーターが全階に設置されている。
- miniアーバンエース
- アーバンエースの4名乗りバージョンである。初期は自社開発だったが途中から三菱のOEM機種に変更された。また、三菱とはボタンの色やフォントが異なる。
- レジデンスエース
- miniアーバンエースの中低層共同住宅用。操作盤はminiアーバンエースと同一。
特注型
- オーダーアーバン
- アーバンエースとほぼ同じ頃より発売されている、特注型機械室レスエレベーターの商標。
