By the Hakodate combination race meeting which I pass through Hakodate Univ. considered to be one of the founders of the hose man, and と Tamemoto Tokito and volunteer and others established, it is the opening in 1896. I have the longest history at the existing racetrack of Japan [3].

Course summary

Obstacle course (the abolition)

The United States Armed Forces restored easily at a racetrack in 1946 and performed horse racing on Saturday, Sunday from the summer to the autumn [15]. Held (the abolition) of the ホッカイドウ horse racing

Started holding of the ホッカイドウ horse racing in 1955, and became the abolition in 1998 [19]; [† 6] ([20] that the real holding was stopped after 1992). Although there were the held results every year, since then it was held only in the .1991 year in the .1990 year in the .1987 year in the .1983 year in the .1980 year in the .1976 year in the .1974 year in 1972 from 1955 to 1970 [21].

In addition, our racetrack was used as an outside release place of the ホッカイドウ horse racing (Hakodate outside release place), but finish outside release with stands reconstruction work [the source required] in 2008 [19]; [† 7].
