The イロクォイ grade guided missile destroyer (イロクォイ rapid missile くちくかん, Iroquois-class destroyers) is a destroyer of R.C.N. It is commonly called as the try Baru grade (Tribal-class). [1]
It was said that I maintained eight air defense warships which carried Tata warship interceptor missile by the plan at first, but I gave it up on account of the budget, and I took place, and book grade would be maintained, and four were placed on duty from 1972 through 1973. The beginning of building was an anti-submarine mounted with a helicopter, but I received repair larger-scale than the late 1980s and became the air defense warship.

Summary
It was equipped with two helicopters for the first time as R.C.N., and the book grade was equipped with the medium of the COGOG method for the first time in the world and was completed as the antisubmarine war platform which excelled you in it.
There is not the example equipped with two large patrol helicopters of the sea King grade by war vessel of the 5,000 tons grade elsewhere and depends on the base-up trap arresting gear introduction that Canada developed in those days. The device was introduced into the Marine Self Defense Force, and I was equipped in spring by a warship mounted with the helicopter including the model helicopter escort ship.
In addition, I was equipped with an auto メラーラ 127mm gun and a Sea Sparrow unit warship air defense missile for the first time as R.C.N., and the correspondence to a wider duty was expected. As for the Sea Sparrow warship interceptor missile discharge machine, the rail-type discharge machine was stored with two 4 Canadian multi-launching discharge machines developed originally not box type discharge machine Mk.25 and Mk.29 of 8 multi-launching managed by the United States of America or an NATO club in usual times by a structure and came to be exposed at the time of discharge outside.
The book grade was reborn as an air defense warship by TRUMP (Tribal Class Update and Modernization Project) repair from the late 1980s. This was extremely large-scale repair including replacement, the reinforcement of armament, the electronic equipment the main opportunity. The auto メラーラ 127mm gun equipped with in the bow was removed, and Mk 41 Mod T VLS of 29 cells was accommodated for standard SM-2MR use here. On the other hand, the discharge machine of the Sea Sparrow unit warship air defense missile installed a bridge deck ahead was removed, and an auto メラーラ 76mm gun was installed in the trace. In addition, the radar was changed to the thing which was newer, and was powerful, but it was not equipped about the three dimensions radar which air defense warships were usually equipped with by a problem of the cost. At this chance the sonar is replaced with a new model, and the limbo antisubmarine mortar was removed for space working-out with the equipment replacement of the warship front part, but aviation facilities and the antisubmarine torpedo tube are maintained, and it may be said that the antisubmarine battle ability of the book grade was maintained. About the engine, the gas turbine for the cruise was replaced, and the chimney which there was in addition at two construction was replaced with a large-scale one chimney.
Because the book grade became the plan that all the warships retired from in the early 2010s and was not able to find the operational staff by naval reduction in 2005, the second warship "Huron" (HMCS Huron) retired. Warship "イロクォイ" and the fourth warship "Algonquin" retire most in 2015, and "only the third warship shoal fish can" is operating as of 2016. The development of the Canadian single warship grade water battleship plan (Canadian Single Class Surface Combatant) is pushed forward by some warships of with the book grade or Halifax grade frigate now to substitute.
