姜桂題 (whether Kei today) is an officer of 清末民初. An officer of north seas which belonged to the Beijing government, the Anhui group for the Qing dynasty origin. I acted as 熱河都統 for a long term of the early period of name of an era in the Republic of China. The character is 翰卿.

Activity of Kiyo
I join the military leading センゲリンチン (僧格林沁) of the Qing dynasty in boyhood. I gave a meritorious service in war by the fight with the Taiping-tianguo's Anti-Chin dynasty movement forces, the torsion forces and was promoted to a pipe obi for (同治 two years) in 1863. I throw 毅軍 on 宋慶配下 to lead afterwards. After all I gave a meritorious service in war by the fight with the torsion forces and time group and was promoted to all the soldiers.
I guarded Port Arthur as (light cord nine years), a member of 毅軍 in 1883. However, I abandoned Port Arthur and retreated without being going to fight against the Japanese military which went ashore by the Sino-Japanese War of (light cord 20 years) in 1894. Therefore I am dismissed by a military profession.
(light cord 21 years), 姜桂題 were appointed again in 1895 by Yuan Shikai and engaged in organization of the building army. In the next year, I am appointed by Mayor of right-winger forces. When Yuan Shikai became 署理山東巡撫 for (light cord 25 years) in 1899, 姜 was stationed in Shangdong, too. 姜 subdued the Boxer in the revolt of the Boxer of (light cord 26 years) in 1900 and contributed to Beijing in Empress Cixi, light cord emperors in receiving you.
When 宋慶 died for (light cord 28 years) in 1902, 毅軍 belonged under conduct of 姜桂題. I successively held it with 直隷提督兼統武衛左軍 for (宣統 two years) in 武衛左軍総統官, 1910 for (light cord 34 years) in 弁理長江防務, 1908 for (light cord 31 years) in 1905. 姜 is the line material in the name in a telegram approaching by abdication with officers of other north seas origin in 宣統帝 at the time of Shingai Revolution of (宣統 three years) for 1,911 years.
I am to 熱河都統
姜桂題 was appointed (name of an era in the Republic of China two years) in August in 1913 by 署熱河都統. In the next year, I take office as the said occupation formally. I supported the emperor enthronement of Yuan Shikai of (name of an era in the Republic of China four years) in 1915 and was blockaded publicly in December. In 袁死後 of June, 姜 belonged to the Anhui group (name of an era in the Republic of China five years) in 1916, and even the fight of the House of prefecture supported 段祺瑞. In August of the year, a line lies in "13 alliance society (so-called "tuchun corps") by the Anhui group tuchun-saving" in the name.
By a life of 総統徐世昌, 姜桂題 was engaged earnestly in the mediation with the direct servant group with 張懐芝 right before cheap war of (name of an era in the Republic of China nine years) broke out in 1920. However, this is over without succeeding. But 姜 was just held in 熱河都統 because I added it to there having been this process and received the protection of 徐 without being driven into the downfall after Anhui group defeat. I left 熱河都統 by a request of 姜自身 (name of an era in the Republic of China ten years) in September in 1921 and moved in 陸軍検閲使.
I die of illness (name of an era in the Republic of China 11 years) in Beijing on January 16 in 1922. Age at death 79.
