Bertolt Alfred Maria Graf (earl), シェンク phone Stauffenberg (Berthold Alfred Maria Graf Schenk von Stauffenberg, from March 15, 1905 to August 10, 1944) is a German noble, lawyer. I participate in Hitler assassination attempt case of July 20, 1944 with Earl Klaus phone Stauffenberg who is a younger brother. It was built over the people court of the low Lunt fried food slur and I received a death sentence on August 10, 1944 and was executed on the same day.

Career

I got temporary work in ヴュルツブルク University and got a regular job afterwards in 1936. I join engine "KR study Committee" (study on international law in time of war Committee) of the Department of Defense of relationships from 1935. I join law Committee about the international law in Germany from 1936. He had close relations with other anti-Nazis lawyers including Helmut イェームス phone モルトケ earl and the Peter ヨルク phone Val ten Buruk earl in such a committee.

I married Maria (Micah), クラッセン (Maria (Mika) Classen) from Russia on June 20, 1936. I acted as the law officer of the court-martial in the German navy in 1939. Bertolt criticized the government during the war frequently. I criticize it in 1943 saying "there is not the big sacrifice as Jewish genocide".

On July 20, 1944, younger brother Klaus picked a bomb with the meeting room of the President Imperial Headquarters "Wolff's Schanze" in East Prussia RAS ten Buruk and caused Hitler assassination attempt case. After having set a bomb, Klaus left the Wolff's Schanze immediately and came back to the country reserve army headquarters that there was in a Berlin Ben tola street (the Department of Defense) and started a coup d'etat that I used a Valkyrie strategy. Bertolt rushed to the Ben tola street to help with a revolt of Klaus, but I was restricted with Klaus 23:00 ago on July 20 by a countercoup group in the Friedrich from upper grade generals Ben tola street. The high-ranking officer who was the central figure of the coup d'etat including Klaus and the Friedrich Orr yellowtail Homo sapiens general was hung in the prompt decision court-martial of Fromm promptly and was sentenced to shooting punishment at the time when I just entered on July 21.
