ナセ BA (ナセバ) is a culture compound facility in Yonezawa-shi, Yamagata.

Summary
It is located in the city area of Yonezawa-shi. It becomes the building attached to a citizen gallery and the library [3]. In the building, the first-floor がよねざわ citizen gallery, the second floor become the municipal Yonezawa library at 5 stories [4]. The third-floor - the fifth floor becomes a wall surface library and the precious library using the wall of the building [4]. I did that I located the first floor, quiet environmental library on the second floor in an opening-like environmental citizen's gallery with a basic concept [2].
I use 300 thinning materials of the municipal ownership forest cedar that I specially processed to an outer wall. I raised insulation effect and aimed at the appearance that became one of the scenery that I adapted myself to naturally [2]. I maintained large under the eaves space called "top and" to the circumference of the building [2].
The nickname was performed by an open call for participants by the public. It was performed between one month of from March 15, 2016 to April 15 and was chosen from 1,434 points of candidates (I can apply to three points of one). The application number of people had more application from the Yamagata outside the prefecture in 869 people than the Yamagata prefecture (including the Yonezawa city). The nickname of ナセ BA was decided based on "naseBA" of the highest award. It comes from it, and, a wise remark of Prince ナセ BA はは Yonezawa feudal clan 9s feudal lord, Yozan Uesugi, "BA" becomes BOOK (this = library) "if you have a mind to do something, you can do it" that I put an initial of the ART (art = citizen gallery) together. "Forest (まなびのもり) of the study beauty", "sound (よのおと) of YO" were chosen as an excellent prize "たねーる" [5].
Background
The public functions such as the city hall, the library moved to the suburbs from the central city area in Yonezawa-shi after (the 40, Showa generation) in 1965, and commercial facilities developed into the outskirts, and the hollowing out of the center went. It is located in 1F of ナセ BA. Because Yonezawa citizen had announcement and the appreciation such as art works use it widely, I was established [9]. The exhibition room of the citizen gallery is divided into nine exhibition rooms by movable partitioning [4]. There is the open gallery other than an exhibition room, too, and, in addition, it costs the fee for use, but there is an on-site training room. The book cafe is open, too [9].

It is located in 2F of ナセ BA. I opened as a new building on July 1 same as the opening of ナセ BA. It was located before in Oitama synthesis Cultural Center and became the opening in the form called the move [10]. It became the closure for the move time to opening of the new building from March, 2016 [11].
The center in the library becomes the colonnade to the fifth floor, and wall surface libraries form a line in 3F - 5F (as for the general admission, impossible); [3].
I perform the rental service for people having a user card. The user card is resident in the Oitama district, and it is issued for commuting, people gone to school in Yonezawa-shi [12]. When the days are different from a rental score in an individual and a group, and is a group with to ten at a time for 14 days in the days when a book, the magazine is an individual; is one month in to 100 1 group. DVD, the CD is seven days to three points to an individual, groups in the days [12]. The return becomes the principle counter, but there is the book post for the return to two places, and I use this post during the closure, and return allows it [12].
