Asuwa (あすわ) is the place name of Fukui-shi, Fukui. Asuwa 5 is established in the current administrative name of a street from Asuwa 1. The population 3,368 people (1,614 men, woman 1,754), the number of the households 1,364 households (as of October 1, 2010) [1].

Geography

It is located in the basin in central part, the Asuwa River of the Fukui-shi city area. I belong to あたご block. Sanaicho contacts with Momozono, Akaricho, Kamogawara each west east south Tanicho, Oyama, Kamimachi, Asuwa, Keya though I attack Yurakucho in the north of the town area, and a part except Kamogawara belongs to the Asuwa district.

Fukui prefectural road 6 Fukui four 浦線 diverges east at the Kubocho intersection located at the east end of north of the town area and connects it to the Echizencho area. A Fukui prefectural road 177 heart of a mountain 99 Bridge line diverges for the south from the Kubocho intersection. In addition, I put two prefectures of ways mentioned above together and am called a park street.

In the educational facility, Asuwa, Fukui-shi Elementary School is located in the central part. There is Mt. Asuwa in the outskirts, and Asuwa Shrine is located around an elementary school, too.
