Nuruyu Onsen (I paint) is a hot spring in Kuroishi Onsenkyo of Kuroishi-shi, Aomori (old country Michinoku country).

Effect
Hot-spring resort
Mainly on public bathhouse "hot water of the crane," the people are lined with "hot spring hotels". It is wooden construction architecture from last part of Meiji to the Taisho era, and each hot spring lodgings constitutes the scenery of the rustic hot-springs resort.
In addition, each hot spring hotel does not have an inside bath, and the visitor protects the style of the traditional spa to go to take the public bath.
But all accommodations have an inside bath, and the inn with the inside bath exists, too.
The warm water is the birthplace of the warm water kokeshi doll. Besides, the hot spring resort that is famous for a kokeshi doll includes Toogattaonsen, Tsuchiyu Onsen, Naruko Onsen.
In the hot-spring resort, "a warm water Ox hot water festival" is performed every year on Sunday on Saturday when it is almost the day of the Ox of the dog days of the end of July. This is an event to put a cow-shaped object of worship in a hot spring.
History
The crane which a leg was broken as for open hot water dozens of years before 400, and healed a wound swooped down to Ashihara, and it was called itself "crane spring" or "crane Hadachi" by the legend that recovered in seven days, and flew away and was full of bathers for a long time [2]. The name remains in the public bathhouse. Most of history documents are destroyed by fire by the fire that we had in the Meiji era, and, as for the detailed history before the big fire, there are many any questions.
The public bathhouse was redecorated on November 8, 2001 and was named "hot water of the crane" for an open hot water legend at the same time.
