Alexander クシャルスキ (Polish: for Alexander Kucharsky, Alexandre Kucharsky, from March 18, 1741 to November 5, 1819) is a Polish portrait painter. I settled down in France after having become an adult. Himself signed a work with "Kucharsky" [1], but the notation called "Kucharski" is used well, too. I was transcribed into Couaski in old days in France. The Polish name is Alexander クハルスキ.

Life
I was born in Warsaw. I served king of the Poland Republic of Lithuania last, スタニスワフ August ポニャトフスキ from boyhood [2]. I learned a painting from painter from Italy, Marcello バッキアレッリ [2] and went over to Paris by an investment of the king in 1760 and I hung it in 1769 and learned in Joseph = Mary ヴィエン, Charles = Andre station wagon roux, a r. picture, a sculpture academy.
The Polish King intended to let a history painter do クシャルスキ, but stopped favor because the person became the portrait painter. I served Louis V Joseph over 1776 through 78 [2].
クシャルスキ liked portraits of the upper bodies using a pastel and the oil painting, but met at the age of the gouache. France and a Polish noble were main customers, and a French customer doubled when Mary レクザンスカ married Louis XV later [2].
I left the cause of Elizabeth = Louise ヴィジェ = ルブラン in 1789 and became a painter of the Marie Antoinette exclusive belonging [2]. I drew not only the child of her and the Royal Family but also orchid Baru noble consort Mary Louise, アルトワ 伯 (the later French King Charles tenth), アルトワ countess (Mary Therese de サルデーニュ), the portrait of the エカチェリーナ second [2].
It is best known for a portrait of the French imperial family who lived in the times of the turbulence including Louis XVII. The last portrait was sold off at auction of May 21, 2003 with a thing of 1793 when I drew Marie Antoinette [3]. I made the loyalty for the Royal Family during the French Revolution. I spent the rest of life at a residence of サント = ペリーン in the suburbs of Paris that Louis XVIII gave after a retirement.
I signed a work with "Kucharsky" [1].
