Yokohama Kanazawa high technology center

The Yokohama Kanazawa high technology center (よこはまかなざわ high technology center) is a facility in Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama-shi. Aiming at accumulation of creation and dispatch of the innovation in the 21st century and the new industry, I opened in February, 1994.

Facilities

There are multiple incubation support facilities of Yokohama, but, not the thing which I built newly like SOHO Yokohama incubation center (Naka-ku), uses the ruins of the former silk hotel which there was in the silk center built by business of the 100th anniversary of the Yokohama opening of a port. Kanazawa, Yokohama-shi Sangyo Shinko Center, Kanazawa industrial area, Kanazawa circulation housing complex are adjacent.

There is a techno tower (general ridge) which techno core (public ridge) Sumitomo Life Insurance Co. which Yokohama corporate management support foundation Foundation runs runs, and both ridges are connected by an atrium.

The sixth floor above the ground, the techno core of 1 story below ground are aimed for enforcement such as the collaborative investigation with company activity support of the establishment of a business period and the new field advance support such as companies and the university, and, an R & D startup laboratory, an industry-university co-operation collaborative investigation laboratory, research and development support laboratory, a technique counselor's office, a reference library, an exhibition room, a meeting room, a meeting room, an interchange salon are installed in particular. In addition, there is Yokohama-shi engineering support center and copes with technical consultation and various public support.

Training facilities of Sumitomo Life Insurance Co. and the office of other companies, an R & D-response office, Yokohama techno Tower Hotel famille, a restaurant, a convenience store enter the techno tower 22 stories above the ground and 1 story underground.
