The solder terrorism polytical violence research center (English: The Handa Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence approximately: CSTPV) is the European oldest international terrorism research organization belonging to the U.K. cent Andrews University established in 1994 of Scotland. History
In 1994, I was established by Paul Wilkinson () and Bruce Hoffman () [4], and land - cent Andrews terrorism case database was developed [5].
I established a terrorism laboratory in a department, and, in 1985, Paul Wilkinson who was the director of international relations department at Aberdeen University developed a database of the terrorism in cooperation with Rand Corp. Brian Jenkins () unified it, and Bruce Hoffman () of the successor succeeded to the terrorism database of Rand Corp. in those days in 1989. I resign from Rand Corp. afterwards, and Hoffman will be engaged in the establishment of 1994.
In 1998, Bruce Hoffman came back to Rand Corp., and Paul Wilkinson became the director and the chairperson. After the retirement of Wilkinson, mug eggplant ランストープ () took office as a director until the middle in the next year from the beginning of 2005. In May, 2006, Alex シュミッド () becomes the director of the successor. I moved to the second floor of new arts building West Wing in the autumn of the same year.
Academic program
Other than the graduate school Master of Arts acquisition course about the terrorism study, there is the e-learning course in the remoteness, too.
The e-learning course is divided into professional Macau and two of the e-learning graduate school Master of Arts acquisition course about the terrorism study in online terrorism D to run with in FOMA company (). A terrorism study program committee develops this program and supervises it.
