Hiromasa Minami

Hiromasa Minami (みなみひろまさ, from October 11, 1929 to June 18, 2010 ^[1]) is a Japanese jurist. Professor emeritus at Hitotsubashi University, professor emeritus at Tsukuba University, Guest Professor People's University reputation in China. The specialty is administrative law, environmental laws, Tax Laws Act. Doctor of Law（Tokyo University, 1959). I am from Toyookacho, Kinosaki-gun, Hyogo (existing Toyooka-shi).
