The valine tRNA ligase (Valine-tRNA ligase, EC 6.1.1.9) is an enzyme catalyzing the following chemical reactions.
- ATP + L- valine + RNAAMP +2 phosphoric acid + L- valyl tRNAVal
Therefore, this enzyme has three substrates, AMP of ATP and L-valine and the RNA and diphosphoric acid and three products of L-valyl -tRNAVal.
These enzymes are classified in ligase and form carbon - oxygen combination to aminoacyl tRNA and related compounds in particular. The systematic name is L-valine: tRNAVal ligase (AMP generation) (L-Valine:tRNAVal ligase (AMP-forming)) である. I am called valyl tRNA synthase, バリントランスラーゼ. This enzyme participates in valine, leucine, biosynthesis of isoleucine and biosynthesis of the aminoacyl tRNA.
