The citizen's newspaper group (しんしゅう, the newspaper group where does not ache) is a generic name of the community-based provincial newspaper which Okaya citizen newspaper publisher (おかやしみんしんぶんしゃ, a business name: Co., Ltd. Okaya citizen newspaper publisher) establishing the head office in Okaya-shi, Nagano publishes in Suwa, Kamiina area Shinshu. Japanese press association non-participation.
