The mon dragon cooperative company (Spanish: Corporación Mondragón) is aggregate of the workers' cooperative establishing a base to the Spanish basque state plaster cast core prefecture アラサーテ / mon dragon.
The association was established in 1956 by the town of the plaster cast core prefecture mon dragon, but, in the origin, sails it up in the small technique system school that Catholic clergyman Jose Maria アリスメンディアリエタ of the Basque established in 1943. When アリスメンディアリエタ arrived at a mon dragon in 1941, the town of approximately 7,000 population was tormented by aftereffects of poverty, starvation, exile and the Spanish Civil War that I invited strain to. He opened the door of the technical school to all people. The school became the training school of a journeyman, an engineer, the manager of the local company over time. Before the association establishment, アリスメンディアリエタ gave a youth humanity education based on Christianity and the technical acquisition. I established the small workshop which produced the paraffin heaters that アリスメンディアリエタ chose five from the youth who worked in sea urchin on ceraHera Corporation (Unión Cerrajera) in 1955, and it was in the forerunner of the F goal company, Ulu goal company. For first 15 years, I raised profit in closedown economy. In 1959, Kach ラボラル (cooperative association) was established as one instance business of the association. ラグン allo() insurance) was established as social work in 1966. In 1969, I unified nine consumers consumers' cooperatives which there was in the hometown, and エロスキ (supermarket chain) was established. In 1997, I founded a mon dragon university as an educational institution.
In Spain, it is the company of the seventh scale at a point of the total assets turnover (asset turnover) and is a business group leading a basque self-government state now.
At the end of 2009, I brought about the employment of 85,066 people who worked in four elements (retail, i.e., industrial finance and ナレッジ) in 256 companies. The mon dragon cooperative company is run according to a business model based on worker sovereign power with a person and enables the development of the strong friend-like company which rooted in a solidarity and depends on strong social thought, but does not deny business-like technique. Cooperatives are owned by the worker member of an association, and the power is based on the principle of the one man one vote.

Regulation of the wage
There is the agreement to the wage ratio between a member of an association who labors with a labor manager (en:worker-owner) namely a working member of an association engaged in management in the mon dragons in other workplace, place where one go to and factory, and gets minimum wages in (so-called labor and management interval in the company public-like translation with notes:). It is from 3:1 to 9:1, and these proportional ranges are different by a cooperative. The average is 5:1. In other words, the general manager of the average mon dragon cooperative company of the one earns 5 times of theoretical minimum wages paid in the association. This average ratio is smaller practically. Most of the labor managers of the mon dragon earning minimum wages are not, and this is because their work is some kind of specialized, high wage levels and thing of the classified place. [1]
Ratios in each cooperative are various, but it is a labor manager that is decided through a democratic vote in the cooperative how there should be these ratios. That is why the reason depends on having been decided when the labor manager is the ratio that is fair to manage it if the general manager of the cooperative is the ratio of 9:1. [1]
In general, the wage in mon dragons is an equivalence standard at less than 30%, middle management and a tech job, the class of employment at the class of administrators than similar work of the local industry. As a result, the labor manager of the mon dragon earns the wage which is 13% higher on the average than worker and others for similar business in the relatively low wage level. This ratio is reduced more when I add it. Spain introduces a tax rate by the progressive taxation, and the thing of the high wage is because it is the higher amount of a tax. [1]
Element
The domain where the company of the cooperative varies in four: Of the place where, thus, a mon dragon stands as a business group in cage running business in finance, industry, retail and ナレッジ, particularly latter ナレッジ is characteristic. I achieve about 20 billion dollars (translation with notes: by 1 U.S. dollar = 80 yen conversion about 1,600 billion yen) for 14,800 million euros [2] [3], the U.S. dollar in Ingresos Totales (gross earnings?) in 2010 and, at the clear point, employ 100,000 workers and am the group of the seventh scale by the fourth finance by industry in Spain.
