靳 雲鶚 (きんうんがく) is an officer of 清末民初. I belonged to the Beijing government. Anhui group, I turned later at the start in the direct servant group. The character is 荐卿, 薦青. The 靳 cloud Arabian bird that an older brother is one of "four major Kongo" of Anhui groups.
