Kinu bypass (Kinu bypass) is a bypass of National highway No. 121 (National highway No. 352 overlap) via Nikko-shi, Tochigi.
I just go straight to it whereas I cross Kinugawa in form along Tobu Kinugawa Line, and the existing way goes north in the Kinugawa left bank when I pass the Kurihara intersection that is the starting point without the bypass crossing Kinugawa and go north in the Kinugawa right bank.
I include the Kinugawa toll road which is a toll road of the Tochigi road public corporation management in the middle of the bypass, but there is the road which is connected at the toll road exit from the Ohara intersection on the existing way side not to need to pass it, and this road is appointed at National highway No. 121, too.
The existing way went along the center of the Kinugawa hot-spring resort, and a traffic jam was generated in the season for outings, and there was a railroad crossing of Tobu Kinugawa Line on the way, and it was in a bottleneck. The bypass goes along the outside of the hot-spring resort and functions for traffic jam relaxation and Kawaji Onsen, Kawamata Onsen, Yunishigawa Onsen of the Kinugawa hot-spring resort, an access root to the Aizu Wakamatsu area.
