Ken Naito

Ken Naito (from September, 1923 to January 17, 2016 not to receive it if there is not it) is a Japanese jurist. A specialty is the criminal law. Professor emeritus at Tokyo University, professor emeritus at Soka University. I am from Tokyo.

After a premature death of Hideo Fujiki standing in the situation of the act valueless idea, I start for my new post as the succession professor in the Tokyo University law department.

When the "criminal law lecture general remarks" series which made the serialization of the magazine "law classroom" a book concluded by "criminal law lecture general remarks (bottom) II" published after an interval of 11 years in 2002, it was cheered by the learned society.

For an amendment of the criminal law draft, it is famous even to have set up strong opposite argument with Ryuichi Hirano, Kenichi Nakayama and others.

Theory
