Defense undersecretary
The defense undersecretary (ぼうえいじむじかん, English: Administrative Vice-Minister of Defense[1]) is one of the government official in the special positions in the civil service government official and the posts and is included in a member of Self-Defense Forces. The top of the office work of Ministry of Defense (the old Defense Agency). After having become Vice-Director at National Security Board, the Defense Agency for the National Security Board era, it was Vice-Director at Defense Agency for a while.
A bureaucrat from National Police Agency, Ministry of Finance (existing Ministry of Finance), Defense Agency (existing Ministry of Defense) took office as the defense undersecretary. Since Defense Agency start of 1954, it is a beginning that Seiki Nishihiro took office as what a bureaucrat from Defense Agency (existing Ministry of Defense) took office as in 1988 (there is the opinion to assume Haruo Natsume from vice-minister special procurement agency that I took office as "detailer 1" in 1983, but procurement agency (later Defense Facilities Administration Agency) is the organization where the constitution is different with Defense Agency (Ministry of Defense) particularly).
